Established in 1990 by senior engineer Joe M. Turner, J.M. Turner Engineering, Inc. has expanded operations to include 14 engineers, technicians, drafters, and support members and has completed well over 6,000 projects. Current owner Hans Vermeulen, one of the company's original employees, has over thirteen years experience in civil, structural, and construction engineering. JMTE's corporate headquarters is located in Santa Rosa, CA; centrally located just north of San Francisco in the Sonoma-Napa wine region.
